Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Peter Krammer has been Chairman of the Board of Swietelsky AG since April 2023. As COO, he has also been responsible for the railway construction division since October 2024. He is also Chairman of the Association of Industrial Construction Companies (VIBÖ), the professional association of the construction industry in the Chamber of Commerce, and the Austrian Construction Technology Association (ÖBV). In addition, Peter Krammer is a member of the Presidium at the FH Campus Wien.

Harald Gindl, MBA, who has been with the company since 2000, joined the SWIETELSKY Executive Board in April 2021. After serving as interim head of international business, he took over as Chief Financial Officer for the 2022/23 financial year and is Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board. Gindl is a member of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Strategy Group for Taxation in the Industry Division.

In the 2022/23 financial year, Klaus Bleckenwegner took over as COO International, assuming responsibility for SWIETELSKY's foreign markets. His career has been shaped by extensive experience in establishing and managing foreign operations in the fields of building construction, civil engineering and large-scale projects in developing markets, providing a solid foundation for SWIETELSKY's international expansion.

Effective with the 2026/27 business year, Wolfgang Pacher assumed the role of COO Austria, taking responsibility for SWIETELSKY's home market. A recognized expert in tunneling and infrastructure construction with more than 30 years of industry experience, he has held senior leadership roles within SWIETELSKY's tunneling division since 2010, serving as its Managing Director since 2021. Additionally, he is a member of the Alliance Board for the Imst-Haiming power plant project.
