The SWIETELSKY branch office for building construction in Lower Austria and Burgenland is realizing a residential project as a general contractor for the non-profit housing and settlement cooperative Neunkirchen.
On a plot of land of around 4,000 square meters, 38 subsidized housing units in low-rise construction will be created, along with 75 underground parking spaces. Thanks to the central location, future residents will be able to cover many distances on foot or by bike. A photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof. The SWIETELSKY location in Trumau is responsible for the earthworks, excavation safety, master builder work, roofing work, plumbing work, interior plastering, screeding, drywall construction, and outdoor facilities. In addition to private gardens and balconies, the residential complex will feature communal outdoor areas.
