The carpenter Matthias Holzmann won first place at the Lower Austrian state apprenticeship competition 2021. He has now been awarded by the jury of the Chamber of Commerce Lower Austria.
On the occasion of the "Festival of Apprentices," the young professionals with excellent apprenticeship completion were honored. During this event, Matthias Holzmann received a certificate of honor for his performance at the NÖ state apprenticeship competition 2021. The Fessl management team, the apprenticeship trainer, and the apprenticeship mentor are particularly proud of the young employee's achievements.
At the SWIETELSKY subsidiary Georg Fessl, great emphasis is placed on the training of young people: Because part of the corporate strategy is to recruit good professionals from within the company. "From autumn 2022, 32 apprentices will be trained – more than ever before," says Managing Director René Zinner.
