
The Supervisory Board of Swietelsky AG has appointed Philipp Rainer to the Management Board with responsibility for International Operations, effective 1 October 2026.
Philipp Rainer, currently Managing Director of the Commercial Division for International and German Rail Construction, has extensive leadership experience in the international construction sector. In his new role, he will be responsible for the international development of Swietelsky AG at Management Board level. With his appointment, SWIETELSKY is focusing on continuity and the consistent further development of its international business.
The current Management Board member responsible for International Operations, Klaus Bleckenwegner, will step down from his mandate on 30 September 2026 for personal reasons and pursue new professional opportunities.
The Supervisory Board thanks Klaus Bleckenwegner for his commitment and his valuable contribution over the past years to SWIETELSKY’s expansion and further development in international markets, and wishes him every success and all the best for his personal and professional future. Continuity in the Finance Division
The Management Board mandate of Harald Gindl, CFO and Deputy CEO of Swietelsky AG, has been extended by a further five years, until 31 March 2032. This means that the Finance Division will remain in the proven hands of Harald Gindl. The Supervisory Board is thereby reaffirming its commitment to reliable and stable financial leadership at Swietelsky AG and wishes Harald Gindl continued success in his role.
