Discover the profession of tile and slab layer – HTB Fliesen at the career festival Imst

At the career festival in Imst, over 550 students had the chance to learn about exciting apprenticeship professions – including the exclusive apprenticeship of tile and slab layers at HTB Fliesen. As one of 23 regional companies, we presented our training opportunities and offered the young participants not only valuable information but also practical insights.

The highlight of our appearance:
At the HTB booth, students could actively participate: Together with our apprentice Filip Janjic, they laid tiles and got a direct impression of how varied and creative this profession can be. We are proud to train the profession of tile and slab layers exclusively at our location in Arzl im Pitztal – and we are continuously looking for new motivated apprentices!

What does a tile and slab layer do?
Tile and slab layers are the experts in designing floors, walls, and facades. They measure areas, prepare the substrate, and lay tiles, slabs, and mosaics. Both functionality and aesthetics play a significant role. Additionally, they advise their clients on material selection and design options.
