The SWIETELSKY subsidiary is building a total of 40 residential units for the non-profit cooperatives GEDESAG and SCHÖNERE ZUKUNFT in the Waldviertel municipality.
In the city center of Gföhl, 16 apartments and six semi-detached houses are being built on behalf of the non-profit Donau-Ennstaler Siedlungs AG (GEDESAG). The semi-detached houses at Seilergasse 5 will have a usable living area of 105 square meters divided between the ground and upper floors, as well as a basement of around 60 square meters. Additionally, a residential building with two floors is being constructed. The 16 apartments have usable living areas ranging from 55 to 84 square meters. Balconies and spacious gardens for the ground-floor apartments complete the properties. The semi-detached houses and the residential complex are equipped with ventilation systems and are heated with district heating.
At Kudlichgasse 13, Fessl has realized twelve terraced houses for the non-profit housing and settlement company SCHÖNERE ZUKUNFT, each with around 110 square meters of usable living space. The ground floor features the living-dining-kitchen area, the wardrobe, the technical or storage room, and the toilet. The upper floor has three rooms and a bathroom. A total of 24 parking spaces have been created in front of the houses. Heating is provided via district heating.
