Thomas Zach is the new contact person for the construction apprentices.
The SWIETELSKY subsidiary based in Waldviertel (Lower Austria) has always focused on training its own skilled workers. Currently, Fessl is training 24 apprentices. The majority of the young employees remain with the company after completing their training.
To best support the young people during their training period, the managing director, Rene Zinner, has appointed a second apprentice mentor. Thomas Zach is a trained bricklayer and formwork builder and has been a foreman for ten years. In the future, he will support the trainees in achieving their learning goals alongside Christoph Kasper. Upon request, both apprentice mentors are available to provide advice on everyday challenges in both professional and private areas.
