The SWIETELSKY branch in Lower Austria and Burgenland is constructing a sustainable residential project with 154 apartments as a general contractor in the 22nd district of Vienna.
Almost the entire energy demand of the project will be covered by geothermal heat pumps and the photovoltaic system on the roof. The apartments will be temperature-controlled through efficient component activation in the floor slabs. The project is awarded the European quality certificate DGNB in Gold by the Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate (ÖGNI).
All apartments on Groß-Enzersdorfer Straße 60 will have access to a garden, a terrace, or a balcony. Two separate underground garages will create 88 parking spaces. Despite the suburban area, cramped space conditions and infill construction present special challenges for the SWIETELSKY team. The client for the sustainable residential complex is Invester United Benefits. The construction period is from October 2021 to July 2023.
