Groundbreaking for the “Hotel at the Brewery” in Zwettl

The SWIETELSKY subsidiary Georg Fessl has been commissioned for the construction and carpentry work for the new 3*-hotel.

Not far from the center of Zwettl, the brewing family Karl Schwarz, owner of the Zwettl private brewery, is investing in the construction of the hotel. The building, featuring contemporary architecture that fits the region, will house 22 double rooms. In addition to the 70 parking spaces, including an electric charging station, seven garage spaces will be created under the hotel. A 18 kWp photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof. A pellet heating system will provide warmth.

“The hotel at the brewery will be an important enhancement and expansion for tourism in the city of Zwettl and the entire region. With great foresight and care, a hotel is being built here where quality and regionality are of utmost importance,” says Regional Councilor Jochen Danninger. The opening is planned for the end of July 2023.
