The SWIETELSKY location in Horn has been commissioned for the shell construction work.
63 rental and ownership apartments as well as three studios with a view of the vineyards are being created in six buildings. The structures blend harmoniously into the landscape, resulting in generous open spaces. The sustainable residential construction contributes to the urban development of the future city of Krems. By forgoing any fossil energy sources, the clients, the Prisma Group, are fulfilling their ecological responsibility. The historic wine cellar and the Marterl, a small and field monument, will be preserved and renovated. The construction project is set to be completed by the end of 2023.
The SWIETELSKY team is carrying out the shell construction work. Special challenges arise from the confined construction site conditions and the excavation safety measures towards the road and against the slope. The contract sum amounts to around four and a half million euros.
