The Inspiration Project 2024 offered young talents the opportunity to gain deep insights into the diverse commercial areas of the SWIETELSKY corporate headquarters through a four-week internship. The aim of the program was not only to introduce the interns to the various professional fields in an international construction company but also to highlight possible career paths.
Commitment and Team Spirit: Successful Collaboration
During the program, participants had the chance to actively engage in various thematic blocks and gain valuable practical experience. Particularly noteworthy was the high level of commitment and creativity with which the interns approached their tasks. The exchange with the involved specialist departments led to a dynamic and productive collaboration that further enriched the program.
At the end of the internship, all participants received their certificates, and a small celebration took place, during which the SWIETELSKY running shirt was presented as a special keepsake. Some of the interns have already expressed interest in further collaboration, and two of them even plan to become long-term members of our team. This underscores the added value that the Inspiration Project has created for both sides.
