Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for the residential project took place in the Lower Austrian town of Rosenburg. The SWIETELSKY branch for structural engineering in Lower Austria and Burgenland is realizing the project with a total of 12 residential units for the non-profit housing company Kamptal GmbH.
The three- to four-room apartments will be allocated with a loggia on the upper floor or a terrace with a private garden on the ground floor. The hillside location guarantees a view of Rosenburg. Heating is provided by an air heat pump. In the outdoor area, 18 parking spaces are planned, which can be retrofitted with an e-charging station for an electric car at the request of the tenants. Details such as fiber optic connection, underfloor heating, parquet floors, tiling, and external roller shutters complement the high-quality equipment.
