A state-of-the-art assembly plant for Plasser & Theurer is being built on the site of the former source in Linz's industrial area. On behalf of JMT Beteiligungs-GmbH, we are realizing a production hall that is 12,500 m² in size and approximately 21 meters high, designed by Glut Architektur ZT GmbH. The construction management is led by Dipl.-Ing. Sedat Taskin, while Ing. Ron Rieder acts as the project manager. On-site, foreman Markus Nietsch and his team ensure smooth implementation.
The assembly plant will be constructed as a steel hall with steel columns and truss beams. Surrounding reinforced concrete bases and a PU panel facade ensure a robust, energy-efficient construction method.
Thoughtful infrastructure for maximum functionality:
- Basement: Technical rooms, social areas, and two sprinkler basins with a total volume of 900 m³
- Upper floor: Storage areas, changing rooms, offices, and break rooms
A central element of the project is the sustainable green roof, which stores rainwater, improves air quality, and contributes to energy efficiency. It also promotes biodiversity and extends the lifespan of the roof structure.
We are excited to implement this forward-looking construction project in proven partnership with Plasser & Theurer. The completion of the building envelope is planned for the end of 2025.
