The construction of a new office building for SWIETELSKY at the Zams location (Tyrolean Oberland) has officially begun. This modern construction project will create a new, innovative working environment for around 60 colleagues, who will work here starting at the end of 2025. The building will not only offer state-of-the-art and barrier-free workplaces but also spacious meeting areas for exchange and collaboration. A large terrace for outdoor breaks complements the pleasant working atmosphere.
Centralization of business areas at the Zams location
In addition to the existing employees at the Zams location, the areas of civil engineering, structural engineering, as well as road and traffic construction of SWIETELSKY, which are currently based in Imst and Landeck, will also be relocated to the new site. This consolidation of various branches of the company under one roof allows for efficient use of synergies and increases the entrepreneurial value in the Tyrolean Oberland. With the completion of the office building, around 250 employees of the SWIETELSKY Group will be working at the Zams location.
Attractive working conditions and sustainable energy concept
SWIETELSKY emphasizes its attractiveness as an employer in the region with the new office building. The building will be constructed to the latest standards and offers excellent infrastructure. Thanks to a photovoltaic system, partially recycled concrete, automatic shading, energy-efficient ventilation, and good thermal insulation, the building meets the highest ecological standards.
The commute to work will also be designed sustainably: The location has access to public transport, E-charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as showers and changing rooms for employees who arrive by bicycle. This way, the topic of mobility is thought of in a future-oriented and environmentally friendly manner.
SWIETELSKY: Regionally anchored and internationally successful
Another important aspect of the project is regional value creation. SWIETELSKY relies on collaboration with local service providers and emphasizes its role as a reliable partner on-site. The decentralized organization and short decision-making paths enable the company to respond quickly and flexibly to the needs of the region.
About the Zams location
At the Zams location, SWIETELSKY operates a gravel plant as well as an asphalt and concrete production facility. Additionally, there is a workshop on-site where maintenance, service, and repairs of the company's own fleet and construction machinery are carried out. With the new office building, the areas of structural engineering, civil engineering, and road construction will now also be centralized, thus bundling all essential business areas in one place.
