Opening of Scheiblhofer’s “The Resort”

The SWIETELSKY branch of Structural Engineering in Lower Austria and Burgenland has realized the construction work for the 4****Superior Wine Wellness Hotel in Andau (Bgld.) under the responsibility of group leader Jürgen Pischof.

Together with Governor Hans-Peter Doskozil and Tourism Minister Elisabeth Köstinger (ÖVP), the Scheiblhofer family celebrated the opening of their 4****Superior Wine Wellness Hotel in Andau (Bgld.) with 700 guests. Star architect Arkan Zeytinoglu designed the hotel with 118 rooms as a village green: “Different areas such as restaurants, the reception and lobby, shops, as well as the sauna world and spa area connect at the village square,” said Zeytinoglu.

So far, the Scheiblhofer winery has attracted over 30,000 visitors annually. Now, an additional 50,000 visitors per year are expected. Furthermore, around 140 jobs have been created in Seewinkel due to the hotel project. "Today is perhaps one of the most significant days for me and my family. With the hotel, I have fulfilled a lifelong dream. My heartfelt thanks go to all the employees who have put so much work and passion into this heartfelt project alongside me. Without them, all of this would not have been possible. And now we are full of anticipation to offer our guests a special experience,” explained hotel owner and winemaker Erich Scheiblhofer.
