The Railway Construction South Germany – Branch of SWIETELSKY has once again impressively demonstrated its expertise in railway construction. We have successfully completed the track renewal on route 5860 between GE Regenstauf and Maxhütte as well as at the Maxhütte station.
With innovative methods and the use of specialized large machinery, SWIETELSKY contributes to the sustainable improvement of railway infrastructure.
Project manager Michael Ott emphasizes: "The track renewal ensures the longevity of the track infrastructure, promotes efficient train operations, and contributes to environmental protection by ensuring sustainable transport routes for the future."
Project Highlights:
- Track renewal in assembly line process: On route 5860, 4,958 meters of track were renewed and cleaned with the RUS 1000 S and the RU 800 S.
- Maxhütte station: Extensive reconstruction of tracks and switches, including track 5 (618 m), track 6 (377 m), track 7 (349 m), and track 15 (481 m). Renewal of five switches in individual materials and installation of a buffer stop with a mobile crane.
- Material provision: Operating a storage area for old materials to maximize disposal efficiency.
- Specialized large machinery: Efficient reconstruction of bridges and passages for higher construction quality in a shorter time.
Our commitment to safety and efficiency solidifies our position as a leading player in railway construction. We are proud to continue implementing innovative and solution-oriented projects that sustainably improve infrastructure. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this success.
