Rooftop completion for "Das Arakawa" in Vienna

The SWIETELSKY branch Hochbau Ost is realizing the residential project at Arakawastraße 3 in the 22nd district for BIP Breiteneder Development GmbH.

The one to four-room apartments range from 35 to 86 square meters and will mostly feature an outdoor area such as a loggia, balcony, terrace, or garden. A total of 182 units will be constructed. In addition to the private outdoor areas, there will be a playground for toddlers as well as a children's and youth area in the courtyard. A laundry room, stroller and bicycle storage rooms, bicycle parking spaces in the courtyard, and storage rooms on the ground floor will be available to all residents.

The residential building consists of three staircases that are accessed via a shared underground garage and through Arakawastraße. Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Additionally, the apartments on the first and second attic floors will be equipped with air conditioning. Future residents will particularly benefit from the good infrastructure and ideal transport connections through the U1 station Kagran as well as various tram and bus lines. The completion of the project is planned for March 2024.
