At the beginning of December, it was finally time: The residential tower "Snow White" and the associated loft were successfully completed and handed over to the client as well as to the tenants. With this handover, the project team of SWIETELSKY has realized the ninth largest residential tower in Austria and made another important contribution to modern urban development.
A demanding project in challenging times
"It is particularly noteworthy that we were able to deliver successfully and on time despite the currently difficult economic situation in Austria," says Peter Korec, Project Manager NBH6b1 Snow White and Loft. Despite these obstacles, the project was successfully and timely completed.
The construction time was only 30 months in total – three months less than originally planned. During this time, 327 apartments, eight commercial units, and two office spaces were created, which impress not only with their architectural quality but also with their punctual completion.
Teamwork as the key to success
The success of this project was only possible through the close collaboration of a dedicated team and the trust of the client. Every single contribution, whether through expertise, commitment, or creative solutions, played a crucial role in realizing this ambitious endeavor.
"This project shows what can be achieved with a strong team spirit and unwavering commitment even under the most challenging conditions," says Peter Korec, the project manager.
A milestone for the city and its residents
The residential tower "Snow White" stands not only for architectural height but also for the successful implementation of complex construction projects in challenging times. The positive feedback from the tenants and the client underscores the success of the project and sets standards for future construction projects in Austria.
A special thanks goes to the entire team and all partners who made this success possible through their commitment and expertise.
