Since mid-August 2024, we are pleased to announce that the SWIETELSKY location in Zirl Hochbau has started construction of the Seefeld Village in August 2024. This exciting project is commissioned by the Seefeld Village Development GmbH and is being implemented under the leadership of our Zirl Hochbau location.
Project Overview
The Seefeld Village will be a modern hotel complex consisting of four buildings: West, North, East, and South. In the first construction phase, the focus is on the West building, which houses 14 apartments, and the North building, which offers 46 apartments, eight staff rooms, and 45 underground parking spaces. Additionally, a pool and various wellness areas will be created.
The second construction phase will include the East and South buildings. The East building will provide 32 apartments and 35 underground parking spaces, while the South building will comprise 43 apartments and 48 underground parking spaces. The entire project spans a land area of 28,878 square meters.
BIM in Seefeld Village
It is particularly noteworthy that the entire construction project has been calculated based on models. We utilize the advantages of model-based calculation, the specifications, as well as billing and invoice verification using the BIM model. The construction schedule is optimized in close collaboration with Molnar-Erhatic Borna using a process model.
The Seefeld Village stands for innovative construction methods and sustainable development and will be an outstanding example of contemporary building.
