The SWIETELSKY branch office Hochbau Ost is realizing 46 apartments at Stumpergasse 56 in the 6th district of Vienna.
The two to five-room apartments range from 50 to 120 square meters. All units are equipped with underfloor heating and feature outdoor spaces such as balconies, loggias, or terraces. The project consists of two building sections. In addition to a green inner courtyard, there will be opportunities for communal gardening on the roof, promoting neighborhood interaction. Furthermore, photovoltaic systems will be installed on the roofs. Facade greening is planned on the street side, which will not only enhance the visual appeal but also have a positive impact on air quality and keep the building surfaces and thus the streets cooler. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2023, with project completion planned for winter 2024/2025. Due to the urban location, cramped space conditions and infill construction present particular challenges for the SWIETELSKY team.
