The SWIETELSKY branch of Hochbau Lower Austria and Burgenland is realizing two building components with twelve condominiums in Vienna for the premium developer Glorit. Completion is planned for early 2024.
At the end of November, the groundbreaking ceremony for the project at Obstgartenweg 15-17 in 1220 Vienna was celebrated. The apartments feature two to four rooms and living areas ranging from 62 to 133 square meters. Two of the apartments have their own bright hobby room with a bathroom in the basement. Another highlight is the two penthouses with direct elevator access to the apartment.
The developer Glorit focuses on ecologically sustainable construction. Modern heat pumps are used in this project. During the summer months, the rooms are cooled via ceiling cooling, and a photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the common areas in the building with solar energy. “We are proud to create high-quality living space in this wonderful location near the natural jewel Alte Donau together with our trusted partner SWIETELSKY. The neighborhood offers plenty of swimming and water sports opportunities, restaurants, and cafés, as well as excellent transport connections – this creates unparalleled quality of life,” says Glorit Managing Director Stefan Messar, expressing his excitement about the start of construction.
