At the end of January, SWIETELSKY was awarded the Austrian state quality seal berufundfamilie. This underscores SWIETELSKY's consistent commitment as an attractive employer.
As part of the certification, the experts from the Human Resources department defined measures aimed at better reconciling work and family life. Experienced consultants from berufundfamilie provided support in this process. After a positive review of the basic certification process, the responsible Federal Minister Raab presented the quality seal to CEO Peter Krammer and HR Manager Clemens Kukacka. Subsequently, it is necessary to demonstrate annual progress in implementing the planned measures to achieve re-certification.

“Summer Kids Camp” as the first pilot project
To better bridge childcare during the summer holidays, SWIETELSKY is offering a “Summer Kids Camp” as its first pilot project and as an example of the planned measures. This will take place in August in Linz and Vienna and is intended to be expanded to additional locations in the following years.
