The “Schneewittchen” residential tower and the associated loft were successfully completed and handed over turnkey to the client as well as to the tenants. With this handover, the SWIETELSKY project team delivered Austria’s ninth-largest residential tower and made another important contribution to modern urban development.

A demanding project in challenging times

“It is particularly worth highlighting that, despite the currently difficult economic situation in Austria, we were able to deliver successfully and on schedule,” says Peter Korec, Project Manager Schneewittchen and Loft. Despite these obstacles, the project was completed successfully and on time.

The total construction period was only 30 months—three months less than originally planned. During this time, 327 apartments, eight retail units, and two office spaces were created, impressing not only with their architectural quality but also with their punctual completion.
