Modern Hotel Complex in Two Construction Phases

In cooperation with Seefeld Village Entwicklungs GmbH, a modern hotel complex with more than 135 apartments, underground parking spaces, and spacious wellness areas is being developed in Seefeld. In the first construction phase, the focus is on the West building with 14 apartments and the North building with 46 apartments, eight staff rooms, and 45 underground parking spaces. The second construction phase will include the East and South buildings, which will add further apartments and underground parking facilities.

BIM: A Project with Model Character

The entire project is located at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level and covers a site area of 28,878 square meters. What makes it particularly special is that the project was calculated using a model-based approach. The BIM model not only simplifies planning and construction but also supports billing and invoice verification. Seefeld Village therefore stands for modern, innovative construction culture and sustainable development.

Construction work is progressing according to schedule: the basement levels of the North and West buildings were completed just before Christmas, allowing structural works to resume in March 2025.
